KBN Learning Center is a concrete step towards developing Advanced Indonesian Superior HR which is assembled in the infrastructure of HR services in the KBN Industrial Estate. Initiative which is a solution for all companies in KBN to increase productivity and build business.

"It also benefits the community to obtain employment opportunities and improve welfare," said the Director of Development of PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero), Rahayu Ahmad Junaedi in his remarks at the inauguration of the KBN Learning Center in Cakung, Jakarta, Wednesday, 5 February 2020.

He said, along with the development of increasingly challenging times, KBN continues to support the application of science and technology in increasing industrial productivity. KBN Learning Center also provides training and assistance to companies in improving the efficiency of their production processes in addition to increasing the competence of their workers.

"KBN is preparing a solution so that companies that have invested in the KBN area to continue to grow and increase competitiveness," said Didi, Rahayu's nickname Ahmad Junaedi. He stressed, the KBN Learning Center is an added value to increase productivity.

HR Key to Productivity

In the industrial world, production activities take place by processing raw materials into finished goods. Uses human and electric work hours to drive production machinery. The amount of energy used and the number of hours worked to produce a finished product is a measure of productivity.

Productivity is not a mechanical work of a factory but a culture to provide as much added value from the efforts made. Not just producing finished goods but quality goods. Not a machine that produces more products, but its use to produce products that are useful for humans and the preservation of nature.

Because productivity is culture, human resources are the determinant. How does perspective become a way of working and training becomes performance. Productivity happens gradually according to the process. Not necessarily the end result of a business. Thus, step by step work determines the achievement of productivity to be achieved.

Productivity contains efficiency and optimization so as to provide potential added value for the welfare of its managers, human resources. With the right perspective, the government provides protection with various existing regulations for harmony and prosperity to occur between employers and their workers.
