Harry Sutanto was appointed as Commissioner of PT KBN Prima Logistik based on the Circular Resolution of the Shareholders in lieu of GMS No. 018/RIS/DRT/DP.MVB.1/09/2023 and No. 12/SLL/PGRS.1.1/09/2023 dated September 12, 2023 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Commissioners of PT KBN Prima Logistik.

He has a background in the port industry for decades, including serving as President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) and President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). He currently also serves as President Commissioner of PT Kuantum Logistik Indonesia which is engaged in the logistics industry.

He is a member of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) association as Deputy Head of the Logistics & Supply Chain Agency for Logistics & Capital Services Actors, the Central Leadership Council of the Indonesian Logistics Forwader Association (ALFI) as Deputy Chairperson for Maritime & Ports and in several other professional associations.

Supriyatno was appointed as Acting. Director of PT KBN Prima Logistik in accordance with the Circular Decree of the Shareholders in Lieu of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Regarding the Dismissal of Directors and Appointment of Acting (PLT) Director of PT KBN Prima Logistik Number: 019/RIS/DRT/DP.MVB/12/2024 and Number: 024/SLL/PGRS.1.1/12/2024 dated December 10, 2024.
